Larvae were sampled randomly every day from hatching time to 6 DPH, on every alternate day from 8 DPH to 20 DPH, every 5 days from 25 DPH to 40 DPH, and two last samples have down at 50 and 60 DPH. Then fish larvae were fixed by immersion in Bouin´s solution and 4% glutaraldehide (pH = 7.4). Results showed that the esophagus differentiated from the anterior part of the alimentary tract at hatching time. At 1 DPH, the esophagus lined by squamous cells and forming a tine tubular structure lined with cubical cells. First goblet cell was observed at 2 DPH in the mucosal layer of the esophagus. At 3 DPH, they showed presence of the various mucosal material. In addition, epithelium of the esophagus changed to columnar cells. The first taste bud was detected at 5 DPH and the main phenomenon was the appearance of a serrated outline of the esophagus apical cells. Longitudinal folds of the esophagus were developed at 8 DPH. No remarkable histological changes were observed till 25 DPH, but the number of the taste buds and goblet cells and their size were increased. From 25 to 60 DPH, low dense of goblet cell, increasing in posterior esophagus region, led to differed histological characteristics with anterior esophagus segment encompassed increasing number of taste buds.}, keywords = {Esophagus ontogeny,Common bream,Abramis brama}, title_fa = {بررسی ساختار بافت مری در ماهی سیم معمولی Abramis brama در مراحل اولیه تکوین با استفاده از میکروسکوپ نوری و الکترونی گذاره (TEM)}, abstract_fa = {در این تحقیق روند تکوین مری ماهی سیم معمولی (Abramis brama) در طی مراحل اولیه توسعه، توسط میکروسکوپ نوری و الکترونی گذاره تا 60 روز پس از تفریخ بررسی شد. لاروهای این ماهی از زمان تفریخ تا 6 روز بعد از آن به صورت روزانه، از زمان 8 الی 20 روز بعد از تفریخ به صورت یک روز در میان و از زمان 20 الی 40 روز بعد از تفریخ با فاصله زمانی 5 روز نمونه برداری شدند و دو نمونه‌برداری آخر در روزهای 50 و 60 بعد از تفریخ انجام شد. سپس این لارو ها در محلول بوئن و گلوتارآلدئید 4% تثبیت شدند. نتایج نشان داد که توسعه مری از بخش جلویی لوله گوارش از زمان تفریخ آغاز میشود. در این زمان،  اپیتلیوم مری از نوع بافت پوششی سنگفرشی بود. در یک روز بعد از تفریخ، مری به شکل یک لوله نازک با بافت اپیتلیوم مکعبی تمایز یافت. اولین سلول موکوسی در لایه مخاطی مری در روز دوم بعد از تفریخ، تمایز یافت و از روز سوم بعد از تفریخ،  مواد ذخیره ای متنوعی در سلولهای موکوسی مشاهده شد. همچنین، در این روز سلولهای بافت اپیتلیوم به صورت کاملاً استوانهای درآمد. اولین غنچه چشایی در روز پنجم پس از تفریخ مشاهده شد و ایجاد حالت مضرس در رأس لایه مخاطی، اتفاق دیگر این روز بود. در ادامه، چینهای طولی مری در روز هشتم بعد از تفریخ متمایز شدند و پس از آن تا روز 25 پس از تفریخ، تغییر محسوسی در ساختار بافت مری به‌جز تغییرات در اندازه، تعداد و سلولها مشاهده نشد. از روز 25 الی 60 روز بعد از تفریخ و با تجمع سلولهای موکوسی در بخش عقبی و سلولهای چشایی در بخش جلویی، بافت مری به دو بخش قابل تفکیک است.}, keywords_fa = {Esophagus ontogeny,Common bream,Abramis brama}, url = {https://janb.guilan.ac.ir/article_3161.html}, eprint = {https://janb.guilan.ac.ir/article_3161_62f5eb999b86f188d7bf17e8bb664ba7.pdf} }
