Fish with an average weight of 9.07 ± 0.36 g were distributed into 12 tanks and divided into four experimental groups: treatment 1 (N-Se; 0.1, E; 30 and C; 100 mg/kg), treatment 2 (N-Se; 0.2, E; 60 and C; 200 mg/kg), treatment 3 (N-Se; 0.3, E; 90 and C; 300 mg/kg) and commercial diet as control. The results exhibited that the fish fed with diets containing additional microencapsulated antioxidant supplementation induced higher final growth, weight gain, the protein and lipid efficiency ratios, while had no different in feed conversion ratio. The body composition such as protein and lipid did not exhibit significant differences between the treatments. The serum lysozyme activity and superoxide dismutase enzyme were significantly elevated in fish fed with supplemented diet compared to the control. The alanine aminotransferase and alkaline phosphatase significantly increased in the three treatments whereas aspartate aminotransferase reduced in fish fed with antioxidant supplementation compared to the control. The present results indicated the beneficent effects of microencapsulated Nano Se and vitamins E and C on growth rate and immune response in rainbow trout.}, keywords = {Oncorhynchus mykiss,Microencapsulated supplementation,Growth Performance,Blood indices}, title_fa = {تأثیر سطوح مختلف مکمل های آنتی اکسیدانی ریزپوشانی شده بر عملکرد رشد و تغذیه، ترکیبات بدن و برخی شاخص های خونی ماهی قزل آلای رنگین کمان (Oncorhynchus mykiss)}, abstract_fa = {این مطالعه با هدف ارزیابی تأثیر سطوح مختلف مکمل آنتی اکسیدانی ریزپوشانی شده (نانوسلنیوم، ویتامین E و C) بر عملکرد رشد، ترکیبات بدن و برخی شاخصهای بیوشیمیایی خون ماهی قزلآلای رنگینکمان (Oncorhynchus mykiss) انجام شد. ماهیها با میانگین وزن 36/0± 07/9 گرم در 12 مخزن توزیع و به 4 گروه آزمایشی تقسیم شدند: تیمار 1 (نانوسلنیوم: 1/0، E: 30 و C: 100 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم)، تیمار 2 (نانوسلنیوم: 2/0، E: 60 و C: 200 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم)، تیمار 3 (نانوسلنیوم: 3/0، E: 90 و C: 300 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم) و غذای تجاری بهعنوان شاهد استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد افزودن مکملهای آنتی اکسیدانی ریزپوشانی شده به رژیمهای غذایی ماهی منجر به افزایش رشد نهایی، نسبت کارایی پروتئین و چربی شد، در حالی که ضریب تبدیل غذا تفاوت معنی دار آماری نشان نداد. ترکیبات بدن مانند پروتئین و چربی نیز بین تیمارهای آزمایشی تفاوت معنیداری نداشت (05/0p). آنزیم آلانین آمینوترانسفراز و آلکالین فسفاتاز افزایش معنیداری در تیمار 3 داشت، در حالی که آنزیم آسپارتات آمینوترانسفراز در ماهی تغذیه شده با مکملهای آنتی اکسیدانی نسبت به شاهد کاهش معنیداری نشان داد (05/0>p). نتایج حاضر حاکی از اثرات مفید نانوذرات سلنیوم، ویتامین E و C ریزپوشانی شده بر روند رشد و پاسخ ایمنی ماهی قزلآلای رنگین کمان بود.}, keywords_fa = {Oncorhynchus mykiss,Microencapsulated supplementation,Growth Performance,Blood indices}, url = {https://janb.guilan.ac.ir/article_3902.html}, eprint = {https://janb.guilan.ac.ir/article_3902_b56f324c5bdb6b2d09d30eff3572d2e0.pdf} }
