Thirty-day-old juveniles (n = 400, with an average initial weight of 0.125 g) were randomly distributed in six treatments (each in three replicates) in eighteen 10-L aquariums (with a stocking density of 15 juveniles per aquarium). Fish were fed with concentrated diet containing three levels of ARA (0, 1 and 2% in the diet) and live feed (Instar II Artemia nauplii) in three levels of ARA (0, enriched with 1% and 2% of ARA) for 60 days until sexual maturity. The results of Two-Way ANOVA showed that the final body weight, body weight gain rate (%), and female’s reproductive indices were not affected by the combined effects of two factors; food type and ARA levels (p>0.05). Body weight in fish fed with concentrated diet containing 2% ARA was significantly higher than compared with the other treatments (p<0.05). The highest absolute and relative fecundities, and gonadosomatic index were obtained in females fed ARA-free concentrated diet, the enriched- Artemia with 1-2% ARA, and the enriched- Artemia with 1% ARA (p<0.05), respectively. The ARA enrichment in the concentrated diet only accelerated the growth rate of fish until sexual maturity for breeding. However, fish fed the enriched- Artemia with 1% ARA exhibited higher gonadal weight and much higher relative fecundity compared to other groups despite lower final weight (p<0.05). Based on the results and in order to improve the female’s reproductive performance in zebrafish hatcheries, it is suggested that fish fed the enriched Artemia with 1% ARA two months before reproduction.}, keywords = {Arachidonic acid,Concentrated food,Live feed,Growth,Reproductive indices Zebrafish}, title_fa = {تأثیر مقایسه ای گنجاندن سطوح مختلف اسید آراشیدونیک در غذاهای کنسانتره و زنده بر رشد و شاخص های تولیدمثلی ماهی گورخری (Danio rerio)}, abstract_fa = {در این مطالعه اثر افزودن سطوح مختلف اسید آراشیدونیک (ARA; Arachidonic acid) در جیره کنسانتره و غذای زنده (ناپلیوس آرتمیا) بر شاخصهای رشد و تولیدمثلی ماهی گورخری (Danio rerio) بررسی شد. تعداد 400 قطعه بچه ماهی جوان یکماهه زبرا (با میانگین وزن اولیه 125/0 گرم) بهطور کاملاً تصادفی در 6 تیمار (هر کدام در سه تکرار) و در 18 آکواریوم 10 لیتری (با تراکم ذخیرهسازی 15 قطعه ماهی در هر آکواریوم) توزیع شدند. ماهیان با جیره کنسانتره حاوی سه سطح از ARA (صفر، 1 و 2% در جیره) و ناپلیوس آرتمیا (مرحله اینستار 2) حاوی سه سطح از ARA (صفر، 1 و 2% ARA) بهصورت روزانه به مدت 60 روز تا مرحله رسیدگی جنسی تغذیه شدند. نتایج آنالیز واریانس دوطرفه نشان داد که وزن نهایی بدن، درصد افزایش وزن بدن و شاخصهای تولیدمثلی ماهیان مولد متأثر از عملکرد توأم دو عامل (نوع غذا و سطح ARA) نبود (05/0>p). وزن بدن در ماهیان تغذیه شده با جیره کنسانتره حاوی 2% ARA بهطور معنیدار بالاتر از دیگر تیمارها بود (05/0>p). بیشترین هماوریهای مطلق، نسبی و شاخص گنادی بهترتیب در مولدین تغذیه شده با غذای کنسانتره فاقد ARA، ناپلیوس غنیشده با 1 تا 2% ARA و ناپلیوس غنیشده با 1% ARA حاصل شد (05/0>p). افزودن ARA در جیره کنسانتره فقط سبب تسریع رشد ماهی تا زمان رسیدگی جنسی شد، ولی زبراهای تغذیه شده با ناپلیوس غنیشده با 1% ARA بهرغم وزن نهایی کمتر، دارای وزن گناد و همآوری نسبی به مراتب بالاتری در مقایسه با دیگر گروهها بودند (05/0>p). بر اساس نتایج و برای بهبود عملکرد تولیدمثلی پیشنهاد میشود که ماهی گورخری در دو ماه قبل از تکثیر با ناپلیوس غنیشده با 1% ARA در مراکز تکثیر تغذیه شود.}, keywords_fa = {اسید آراشیدونیک,غذای کنسانتره,غذای زنده,رشد,شاخص‌های تولیدمثلی,زبرا گورخری}, url = {https://janb.guilan.ac.ir/article_6303.html}, eprint = {https://janb.guilan.ac.ir/article_6303_4861dcf5dc04ccb09adc81df5c146075.pdf} }
