تأثیر سطوح مختلف پروتئین و چربی جیره بر شاخص‌های ایمنی موکوس پوست ماهی زبرا (Danio rerio)

چکیده

ماهی زبرا (Danio rerio) از ماهیان زینتی آب شیرین است که علاوه ­بر داشتن ظاهر زیبا و ارزش اقتصادی، به­ عنوان مدل در تحقیقات علمی دارای اهمیت است. به کارگیری جیره‏های مناسب از مهم­ترین بخش­های زیستی برای رشد و سلامت ماهی است. از آنجا که پروتئین و چربی از اجزای اصلی جیره­اند، در این تحقیق، مقایسه تأثیر 9 جیره غذایی با سه سطح پروتئین (25، 30 و 35%) و سه سطح چربی (4، 8 و 12%)، بر ایمنی موکوس پوست (میزان فعالیت آنزیم لیزوزیم، آنزیم الکالین فسفاتاز قلیایی و پروتئین کل) در ماهی زبرا بررسی شد. برای این منظور 135 عدد بچه ماهی به­صورت گروه­های 5 تایی با میانگین زی­توده (± انحراف معیار) 02/0 ± 23/1 گرم و نسبت جنسی 2 به 3 (ماده/نر) به‏طور تصادفی در 27 آکواریوم 20 لیتری توزیع و 3 بار در روز به­ مدت 4 ماه تغذیه شدند. نتایج نشان داد که میزان فعالیت آنزیم لیزوزیم، آنزیم آلکالین فسفاتاز قلیایی و پروتئین کل در تیمارهای تغذیه شده با 35% پروتئین و 12% چربی، به ­طور معنی­دار افزایش یافت (05/0p<). به­طور کلی یافته­های این تحقیق مشـخص کرد که پروتـئین و چـربی، دارای اثـر مثبت بر شاخص­های ایمنی موکوس پوست در ماهی زبرا هستند.

چکیده [English]

The zebra fish, Danio rerio is an ornamental freshwater fish. It is important because of beautiful appearance, economic value and has emerged as a pre-eminent vertebrate model for studying genetics. The use of appropriate diets is one of the most important biological components for growth and health fish. Since, protein and lipid are the main components of diet, in this feeding trial, we compared the effects of 9 diets with 3 protein levels (25, 30 and 35%) and 3 lipid levels (4, 8 and 12%) to evaluate the protein and lipid ratio on skin mucus immune indices of zebra fish. A total of 135 pieces of fish were divided into five groups with an average biomass (± SD) of 1.23 ± 0.02 g and a sex ratio of 2 to 3 (male / female) were randomly distributed into 27 aquaria (20-L) and fed 3 times daily during 4 months. Results showed that activity of lysozyme, alkaline phosphatase enzymes and soluble protein of zebra fish were  significantly higher in the fish fed 35% protein and 12% lipid (p<0.05). In conclusion, protein and lipid have a positive effect on skin mucus immune indices in zebra fish.
